Spell Well Club provides spelling education resources, including word order lists, age/year-based spelling programs, word examples, and interactive practice. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

• Children under 18 may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who holds the account.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Access to the Service is available through a personal subscription plan (monthly or yearly).
• Each subscription is for one account only and cannot be shared between multiple people.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or yearly, as chosen) and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account and payment details.

4. Billing and Renewal

• Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time; you will continue to have access until the end of the paid billing period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

• Share your login details or allow others to access your account.
• Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or commercial purposes.

6. User Content

If you submit comments, feedback, or other content to Spell Well Club, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for operation and improvement of the Service. You remain the owner of your content.
